Since its inception, ESLC has maintained a kids’ first mentality and philosophy. We think it is of utmost importance to treat all players with respect, give everyone a chance to play on an equal basis, and grow the confidence of each and every girl on the field. With this in mind, we recruit and maintain coaches who espouse this philosophy, and are fortunate to have assembled a group of highly experienced coaches who embrace this approach.
